Scope and Contents

The Calendar Files series reflects Lederberg's daily schedule through his correspondence and the various date books he kept. The series arrangement was created by Lederberg. Folders are organized in both chronological and alphabetical order. Documents are left in original order. Document types found in the series include date books, correspondence, memoranda, reports, publications, newspaper clippings, audiotapes, notes, photographs and other memorabilia.

most of the material in the Calendar Files deals with the acceptance or decline of invitations and travel preparations, some material is of a supplemental nature to organizations represented in both the Public Service and Consulting Work series.

Material is in both English and French.
