Scope and Contents

In November 1973 the Central Office Committee recommended that an Executive Committee of the Board of Directors be created to oversee the Central Office. At the midwinter meeting in 1973 the board accepted the recommendation, disbanded the Central Office Committee and transferred its functions to an interim Management Review Committee. After the bylaws changed the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors replaced the Management Review Committee. The papers of the Management Review Committee and the Executive Committee are located in the Board of Directors papers.
