Archivists digitized relevant portions of physical Congressional Record volumes from the NLM and Library of Congress holdings as part of developing the online exhibit "In His Own Words: Martin Cummings and the NLM" (2009). Many of the Senate testimonies contain Cummings's commentaries and reflections captured as part of the exhibition development in 2009.
