Merrill - Neff

The collection consists almost exclusively of personal biographical forms filled out by members of the Association, with fields for general history of the individual; professional, military and non-professional positions held; medical education, teaching and hospital positions; and contributions to medical and military medical literature. Forms date from c.1901 to c.1909, though some are annotated with information dating to the 1910s. Theres is also a small amount of Association correspondence (1913-1915) and membership lists (1915; undated). Over half of the forms contain portaits of the individual.

Collection also includes a copy of Edgar Erskine Hume's History of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States 1891-1941.
