Series 4: Committees, 1897-1999
Scope and Contents
Within the Society there are several smaller groups appointed specific tasks. The most important by far are the Membership Committee and the Honorary Fellowship Committee. Because the selection of members and recipients of special awards is a main focus of this series, there is a strong presence of materials about members, including third-party recommendations, curriculum vitae and abstracts of their written research.
Committees represented in this series are Ethics Committee, Honorary Fellowship Committee, Issues Committee, and Program Committee.
