Series 10: Photographs and Ephemera, 1980-2001

A collection of latter day photographic records combines with several historic pieces from the 100th anniversary collection to provide a look at Society leadership, activities, record keeping, accomplishments and publications. The historic pieces are mostly oversized pieces from the 100th Anniversary exhibit built in 1980, consisting of photographs; details of publications from the early days; details from the planning of yearly meetings; and lists of officers. The contemporary photographs are mainly from proceedings of yearly meetings, such as presidential elections, speeches, and presentations of papers. Some photographs are accompanied by signed copies of journal articles by way of identification. Not all individuals photographed are identified.

The artifacts are a collection of keepsakes, including a ceremonial gavel from the 100th Anniversary's collection of gifts commemorating several presidents; other articles inscribed with dates of annual meetings.
