Description
In this follow-up to an earlier article by several British researchers, Finnerty and Freis confirmed that Hexamethonium acted longer and produced a greater degree of sympathetic blockade than tetraethylammonium, a ganglion-blocking agent that was found to be a poor treatment for chronic hypertension.
