The film shows experiments conducted on 500 normal, healthy men from the Minneapolis- St. Paul area. The men are subject to a variety of tests such as running on a treadmill, blood tests, X-rays, and a personality inventory, all in attempt to explain why heart disease claims so many lives. Peabody Award winner for research.
