This series includes documentation, diplomatic trip background, and photo albums for two diplomatic delegation trips Sullivan made to Africa. The first in 1982 with Vice President George Bush and where the two families forged their close friendship; and second, under Sullivan's own leadership to sub-Saharan Africa to understand AIDS/HIV and children's health issues.
