Our Most Neglected Mental Health Problem: Emotionally Disturbed Children

Gorman reviewed the latest statistics on emotionally disturbed children and the facilities available to care for them. He then criticized New York state's continued budget emphasis on building more and larger psychiatric hospitals instead of expanding community mental health services and small specialized facilities for children.
