Dr. Henry Brill, Assistant Commissioner of Mental Hygiene for New York State, testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor regarding the promising new anti-psychotic drugs, chlorpromazine and reserpine, and the need to perform large-scale controlled studies with them. This was in support of Gorman's testimony on the same date.
