The collection provides data on U.S.A. hospital in the United States of America, not just Public Health Service hospitals. Carton 4 contains photos (aerial views); 2 envelopes of activity photos; 1 folder of publicity releases, etc.; 1 box of small photos; and 9 videotapes.
