Mounted sepia photograph (27 x 34.5 cm.) depicting the graduating class of 1894-i.e., 14 women (13 graduates with the Head Nurse) in uniforms and caps (light stains to background); Two mounted sepia photographs, one showing five doctors and three nurses performing an operation in the hospital's operating amphitheater (18 x 24 cm.), the other showing seven nurses, three doctors, and one male orderly attending patients in the hospital's Ward G (18 x... 24 cm.; larger mount very slightly trimmed); Twelve quarto work sheets"Bedside Notes" taken by Jane Wright while a student nurse working 12 hour shifts; these sheets are filled with her notes and observations on the patients under her care during these shifts, including notes on medicine administered and nourishment provided; Group of calling cards, many with manuscript notes, from friends (mostly female) and relatives, Dr. James Hancock, along with a formal invitation to Nurse Wright's graduation reception, listing her fellow graduates (one of whom was married).
