Biographical Note
Psychologist and educator at Washington University and the University of Wisonsin. Member of the Governing Council of the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) from 1965-1971, and president-elect and president from 1973-1977.

Correspondence, minutes, and reports of the society during Graham's tenure on the Governing Council and as president of the SRCD. Areas of special concern are the protection of children used as research subjects; SRCD publications; Summer Institute programs; the establishment and operation of a Washington liaison office headed by Elizabeth Ruppert; and the research and funding policies of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
