Historical Note

The signatures were obtained by Augustus B. Wadsworth, M.D., 1872-1954, Director of the Division of Laboratories and Research, New York State Department of Health, 1914-1945. Dr. Wadsworth represented the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, New York, and the Division of Laboratories and Research. The conference was held at the Institute Pasteur, Paris, November 20-22, 1922.
