Collection Summary

The first address, given at the Harvard Club in Boston in 1930, includes "The ballad of Sam Levine, or the man who made diastole famous," and "The ballad of E.N.T." Both are written in poetic verse. The second address, entitled "The Los Angeles County Hospital in the 1930s," was delivered at Los Angeles County Hospital in 1967.
