Biographical Note

Wilson (1871-1945) was chief surgeon of the Medical Corps with the American Expeditionary Force Siberia (AEF Siberia) in Vladivostok, Russia. AEF Siberia was a United States Army force that was involved in the Russian Civil War in Vladivostok, Russian Empire, during the end of World War I after the October Revolution, from 1918 to 1920. AEF Siberia was part of the larger Allied North Russia Intervention.
