The Eclat Club was organized in 1919 for the purpose of comradeship by American surgeons who served in Europe during World War I. The last annual meeting was held in 1959. Correspondence pertains chiefly to annual meetings; contains some biographical information. Includes file of letters from Henry H. Hun to William A. Fisher, and by Arthur W. Elting, relating to the terminal illness of Elting. Names prominent in the collection include Fred W. Bailey, Stanhope Bayne-Jones, Richard Derby, William A. Fisher, Harry H. Kerr, E. J.
