The first four folders are arranged chronologically, according to the Treasurer's period in office, and contain correspondence relating to the treasurer's duties, such as membership payments. Records in C. Gillon Ward's file are arranged alphabetically by correspondent. The remaining folders are arranged chronologically and contain general ledgers, treasurer's reports,... budgets, financial statements, and stock purchase and shareholder agreements with Burn Science Publishers Inc.
