The patient's chest is opened, and the main artery is clamped. Blood is drawn from the valve, and the artificial ball valve prosthesis is inserted. The aortic valve is reattached. A neoplasm is removed from a heart. One portion depicts the cutting of a torso, stitching in the area, and an opening of the outer wall of the heart. (This footage could be from a different series.
