Description
In this letter to the Procurator General of the Soviet Union, Anfinsen inquired as to the health of, and urged the quick release of, Russian acoustics engineer Aleksandr Paritsky, who had been arrested and jailed the previous year. The Procurator General was roughly equivalent to the office of the Attorney General in the United States.
