School materials prior to 1955 are located in the committee correspondence. In 1955, program files were organized by school except for the Emory and Columbia programs. These materials, including questionnaires mailed to their graduates from 1951 to 1955, are located in the general committee files. Helen B. Schmidt's correspondence is interfiled in the series. In 1973 the Comittee's function changed. The Division of Education handled course approval and certification became a larger concern. Additional material on the committee can be found in Standards. Program evaluation files often include syllabi, course materials, Curriculum Vitas of Instructors, and copies of on-site evaluations.
